Clydebank United 6 UCS 3
UCS took on an experienced Clydebank United side at Yoker Sports Centre.
A few changes were made from Saturday's line-up as the gaffer makes sure everyone gets a run out.
Early on the Bankies looked nervous and couldn't get control of the ball.
United took the lead when a striker knocked the ball home following a save from Joey Muir. United had 3 efforts off the wood work.
Bankies forced a few free kicks and corners, but failed to make the keeper work.
Jamie Duncanson levelled early in the second half with a 25-yard volley. This perked the Bankies up and they played some nice stuff for the next ten minutes.
Following a few changes, United scored twice in quick succesion, then added a fourth.
Davie Harkin pulled one back from the spot following a foul on Tosh Edmonds but United quickly added a fifth.
Edmonds pulled it back to 5-3 but there was still time for United to grab a sixth.
The Bankies now take on Clydebank Thistle at the Donald Dewar Centre on Saturday morning, 10am kick off - 9:15 meet.
